BNBM insists on business philosophy of "Greenway Builds A Better Future" to build whole life-cycle green building material, possesses independent intellectual property rights of "high-performance green intelligence building system of next generation" and continuously improves ecological environment through green development and innovative development. BNBM's gypsum business emphasizes environmental protection in raw material, energy conservation and emission reduction in production, near-zero emission, and light product to reduce energy consumption for transportation. BNBM also independently developed technological system of “interior prefabricated assembly” to realize energy conservation and emission reduction in production, and reduce architectural wastes and realize circular ecology by recycling gypsum board system when removing the building.

VOLUNTEER ACTIVITY

BNBM vigorously promotes the spirit of "Dedication, Friendship, Mutual Aid and Progress" and establishes the BNBM Youth Volunteer Service Corps with 277 registered volunteers. In combination with the company's "Green building future" energy conservation and environmental protection concept, extensive social welfare and volunteer service activities will be carried out to lead the majority of BNBM Youth to actively fulfill their corporate social responsibilities. In-depth development of a series of public welfare activities has shaped the good social image of the company and the style of the youth. So far, sixteen "Youth BNBM, Painting for Homes" activities have been successfully held, and warm volunteer activities have been sent to students from poverty-stricken areas such as Beijing and surrounding areas. The company's self-developed "Dragon Brand" aldehyde-removal gypsum board, from physical adsorption to chemical decomposition, strong decomposition, long-lasting purification, without secondary pollution. The formaldehyde decomposition and purification efficiency is up to 93.9%, which leads the world. The self-innovated “Luban Multifunctional Board” is equipped with an industrialized system to achieve “individualized design, factory production, assembly-type construction, ready-to-install”, which not only improves performance but also saves costs, shortening the construction period and eliminating the need for “drying”. It completely solves the problem of formaldehyde.

ENERGY CONSERVATION

The company practices the concept of "Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets" and resolutely implements the State Council's "Three-year plan on defending the blue sky" and takes the lead in taking responsibility of central enterprises. The company has continuously increased investment in research and development, implemented technological transformation and process upgrades, and comprehensively promoted the construction of wet-dust dedusting, flue gas desulfurization and denitration systems in the production line, implemented a clean energy replacement plan and strived to achieve "Near zero emissions".

CIRCULAR ECONOMY

With the mission of "Promoting the greening of buildings, cities and human settlements", the company adheres to the development of circular economy industry, provides green products, builds factories close to raw materials, absorbs energy industry solid waste, and is committed to achieving in the production process. Comprehensive utilization of resources has made great contributions to the protection of the environment and the protection of cultivated land. According to the industrial scale of 3 billion square meters of gypsum board, it can consume 30 million tons of desulfurized gypsum per year, equivalent to 11.28 million tons of sulfur dioxide emission reduction, and reduce carbon emissions by 5.46 million tons. The replacement of solid clay bricks by products can reduce the damage of cultivated land by 30 million m². According to the production capacity of 50 million square meters of mineral wool board, it can consume 250,000 tons of blast furnace slag per year. The proportion of fly ash added to fiber cement board production is 30%, that is, 10,000 tons of fly ash can be consumed per year.
